As an event planner, we are always looking for a reliable and flexible valet team and Northeast Valet always is able to accomplish our needs! We work with Northeast Valet on multiple events throughout the year and they are always great at communicating with us from start to finish, they go above and beyond to valet flawlessly (especially in some of the more difficult neighborhoods of the city) and they do so with grace. We are grateful to work with Derek & the entire team. Highly recommend!!

Recently attended an event that provided valet service through NE Valet and they were energetic, professional, and super efficient. The service they provided certainly started and ended the night on a great note!

I attended Boston Lights at the Franklin Park Zoo, and was very impressed by my experience with Derek and his team. The interactions were warm yet professional, and I didn’t have to wait long to pick my car up at the end of the event, even though everyone was leaving at the same time.

Incredible customer service! I had forgotten my coat and it was raining. The valet told me not to worry and head in for our reservation, and that the coat would be at the front desk when we were done. I couldn't find him later to give him a personal thank you so. Mr. Derek sir I thank you!!!!

These guys RULE! I've been using them as my go to valet company for over 5 years and can happily say that there's no better service out there. NEV's fees are reasonable, their staff are friendly, and Derek is the man! Without a doubt would recommend this team of valet professionals to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
